Shipping Methods and Costs
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Cost: 100/- (Free for orders over 1100/-)
Express Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: 150.00 INR
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Times

Shipping Address

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please make sure the products is returned in the exact condition (within 15 Days) in which it was shipped once approved by our team. The product should be new, and unused in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, within 5-7 business days.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start the process simply add your order number and email used to make the purchase.
Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and email us for the same.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.

EXCHANGES
Once your return is received, inspected & approved by our team. We will deliver the new product as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
We process our orders very quickly & unfortunately, we cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact our Support Team at contact@sadaarogya.in to see if a modification can be made – we cannot guarantee these requests will be successful.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount – the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
